Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
I joined the Marine Corps to learn the intangible leadership traits required to be a good leader. When I was recruited, I was amazed at the fact that many Marines before me were successful fortune 500 CEO's or business owners. In the military I learned the value of hard work, determination, and discipline. Which are essential to the survival as a business owner/entrepreneur. As soon as I got out of the military I started my own business. I have been in business for almost 20 years.
