Comments on the Military and Business Ownership...During my first wes-pac in 1984 on the USS Robinson DDG-12 I was sent to the galley to cook for 6 weeks. Seeing my shipmate’s everyday excited to eat everything I placed on their tray. Made me realize how much I loved to give great food to people. I had always worked in the business but never wanted to just cook the same stuff that everyone else had. At 45 I decided to open my first shop "Hot Dawgs" in Grove City OH and never looked back.
