Comments on the Military and Business Ownership...
“I served 23 years in the US Coast Guard. I advanced to the rank of E-7 and worked in the field of electronics. One thing the service taught me was the importance of attention to details. In search and rescue, overlooking the smallest planning details could cost someone their life. I also learned a great deal about leadership and management with my general service education as well as specialty schools I attended while in the service, like US Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Academy.”
